Happy New Year AC! It's benchmark week!

The start of 2012 brings new goals for many of us. So we are starting of the year with benchmarks. We will have the same benchmarks that was done in the month of November and adding in a few of the girls and the hero wods throughout the month. This will give all of you an opportunity to measure your progress throughout the year. The first benchmark of the year is the CrossFit Total.  We will be doing the CFT every three month to measure progress.  Be sure to log your workouts!
