Yes, it was ladies night at Antioch CrossFit!!  Two guys showed up later for the 7:00 p.m. class.  But the ladies have been running the gym lately.

Box Jumps

Push Ups (hand release)
Finish with 50 Double Unders

Ahhhhh....WOD done!!!
